Returns Policy
 At ConGenBD, we only accept returns for products that are physically damaged during courier delivery.

Eligible Return Conditions
 A return request will only be accepted if:

  • The product has courier/shipping damage upon delivery.
  • The customer informs us within 2 hours of receiving the product.
  • A complete and clear unboxing video is provided as proof.
  • The product is unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice.

Important Notes

  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory for all damage claims.
  • Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted.
  • Returns requested after 2 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
  • Minor scratches, packaging dents, or color variations caused by lighting/display may not qualify as damage claims.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, voltage fluctuation, water damage, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
 Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will begin if the claim is approved.

Refund Timeline
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refund time may vary depending on the payment method, banking process, or mobile financial service provider.

 Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Mobile Banking
  • Original Payment Method
  • Store Credit (if mutually agreed)
Non-Returnable Items
 The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during courier delivery:
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products without invoice/warranty card
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind purchases
Order Cancellation
 ConGenBD reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Technical issues
*In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been completed.
